CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY
 

Your appointment is very important to us, and we reserve the time especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request 72 hrs (business hours) notice for cancellations, or fee will apply. Please notify us 72 hrs PRIOR to the appt time.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and the guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

-Less than 72 hrs notice the cancellation fee is $50. 

For services such as Hydrafacials, Jet Peel; the fee is the cost of 1/2 the service.
All fees must be paid before another appointment will be made. 

 

-No showing or same day cancellation of an appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved session amount, no future appts, or you will be asked to prepay.

* Appts must be confirmed or we will assume that you're not keeping it and it will be canceled.

*Booking deposits may be put towards another appointment if you need to reschedule, but after 2 times the appointment will not be rescheduled, the deposit is forfeit and you will be asked to prepay. 
 

*There is a 10 min grace period. Let us know if you’re running late, so we don’t run late for anyone else. The time and date chosen by you is your responsibility, please respect our time as we respect yours.

PLEASE READ!!

Savvy Chic Beauty is a place of relaxation.
Please turn off or silence your phone and limit conversation
to soft voices so you do not disturb other guests that are

getting services in the front or back room. 

 

Our studio is private, so the door does remain locked. 
Since we do not have front desk staff, 
we ask that you:

 

  • PLEASE be patient. DO NOT BANG ON THE GLASS DOOR, unless you’re prepared to fix the scratches & any damages. It’s rude & interrupts the facial appts in the front & back room. Your service provider will come outside or text you when they're ready for you.
     

  • REMAIN in your car. We don't have a waiting area. Just text your provider
    when you have arrived, or check in through the Vagaro app (must have an account).

     

  • We are human and we may have a situation running us a few minutes behind, since we try to give everyone 110% of our attention; don't worry we will come out for you ASAP!
